Ade and I started our Christmas festivities with a trip to Chatsworth House last night. We had a nightmare journey there (an accident on the M1 caused hold ups on all the surrounding roads) but we did see a bit of snow on route. The house looked amazing. It was difficult to imagine it was the same place we went to in September.We bought some lovely toy soldiers for the tree from Chatsworth's gift shop.
I've almost finished decorating our house for Xmas. All of the lights are up and on at the front of the house and I'm hoping to finish the lights at the back this evening.
Of course a blog entry wouldn't be complete without a doggie photo so here's Kiros checking out who is admiring our lights!!
